The lead guitarist and co-lead vocalist of Fleetwood Mac fame has put his four-bedroom, 4.5-bath, desert spread on the market less than three years after snapping it up.

The rocker purchased the property in 2020 for $3,725,000. The getaway retreat hit the market in April for $6.6 million and has already found a buyer. It’s listed in contingent status.

The contemporary, Spanish-style manse is 25 miles from Palm Springs. And it’s even closer to the Coachella music festival, about 10 miles due east.

Buckingham was no doubt enjoying life during his short tenure in this pretty place. The home is part of a swanky golf community known as Hideaway. The house sits on the course’s fifth hole, which was designed by Pete Dye.
