Greene Meadows Subdivision is located in the quaint east Tennessee town called Talbott,  It is nestled between the two growing cities of Morristown and Jefferson City.  And, to the west it and only 40 miles is downtown Knoxville.

Not far to the south of Greene Meadows Subdivision is the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.  And, on the way to the national park is Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.  Both, travel destinations for millions of tourists every year.  So, no matter which direction you go from the safe and quiet Greene Meadow neighborhood you will find an adventure awaits.

Greene Meadows Subdivision was conceived and started construction in 2019.  The subdivision sits on 70 acres and will consist of about 200 new homes.   And, because it has been recently built the subdivision will not only have all the public utilities available but also the most current generation of internet access. Greene Meadows is located in Jefferson County, Tennessee on highway 11E.  Highway 11E will conveniently take you to Knoxville to the west or Morristown to the east.  Greene Meadows is surrounded by farms but close to metropolitan areas.
