Welcome to our home! We have lived here for several years, and while we have loved it so much, we are ready to join our horses in the country! We have enjoyed many aspects of living in Ross Springs. The community is wonderful, and this has been a positive place for our family to live. The clubhouse and pool are a big favorite of ours, and poolside birthday parties are a favorite of our children. We love going for long walks around the neighborhood, we enjoy the neighborhood pond, especially the families of geese in the springtime. We love the people and the overall feel of the community. We have a private back yard and a large back deck. One of our favorite things is to watch the bunnies and squirrels play while we enjoy our morning coffee. The house boast 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. In 2018, the kitchen was completely updated, to include quartz countertops and a farmhouse sink. New carpet was installed and walls painted throughout. Many of the light fixtures were replaced, the backyard was fenced in, new toilets and new faucets installed throughout the home, the half bath was completely updated. With the addition of a mini kitchen, the basement could be a complete separate living space with its own entrance into the home. Plumbing is there and ready for your touches. Maryville City Schools and so much more, but you need to see it for yourself!
